I was very excited to receive my new epson workforce wf 2850 scanner. I have been a fan of the scanner for a while now and have been getting to know all of the different models in the lineup. I was not disappointed with this particular model.

epson has been working on this scanner for about a year now, and the first models will hit the market in April 2015. I used to think the epson workforce wf 2850 was a bit overpriced, but after seeing this image, I think it is indeed an incredible deal. I picked up this scanner for about $240.00. I guess that’s a bargain from a brand that offers the most affordable scanner in the entire world. The only thing I don’t like about it is that there is no automatic backlight mode.
I have to admit I have been a bit of an epson fanboy for years. I have used the company’s scanners for years and I have never been disappointed. The fact that many scanners come with a wireless version means that you could easily use a wireless flash, and that is fantastic for shooting pictures that need to be taken in low light. Yes, the epson workforce wf 2850 is overpriced. It is, however, one of the best scanners on the market and a very good one, so I’m not exactly sure why you would want to spend $400 on one if you are already spending $150 on another.
