I’m not going to lie, this sounds a little extreme. I didn’t really think it would be that harsh a punishment. But when you’re in debt, it’s one of the worst things you can do to yourself.
Actually, I think it’s a pretty reasonable punishment. This is from the same guy who asked me about the punishment for cheating on a game, “if you lose, your friends lose. If you win, your friends (and your family) win. If you are in a relationship, your partner must pay you back.
I don’t think it would be that bad. The money we need to pay back on the game is pretty much the only thing that we lose, so I don’t really see it as a bad thing. Not to mention, the game is a lot of fun, so I’d rather have my money back than my time back.
If you plan to cheat on Deathloop, you should probably use your own money to pay for it. If you plan on playing with friends, it might be best to just make a donation to the game fund.
